Sales Support Specialist

Accounts Payable Supervisor

Accounts Payable is responsible for the management of B2B suppliers and third party accounts.To support the activities required for the implementation of the standard process according to the Global Finance Process, perform master data review and updates; perform open items cleansing and reconciliation. Responsible for end to end processes of Prepayment/Back Office reports.

Booking Agent  ( UAE / Pakistan ) 

The main purpose of the role is to assist clients (TTOO, Travel Agencies and final customers) with any requirement but mainly with emergencies on the spot, contact with suppliers and managing bookings according to Operations Department standards and processes, in order to cover and solve the needs of the clients in the most efficient way. To assist calls and emails from clients with any requirement regarding bookings. Manage bookings amending them or cancelling them according to the procedures stablished in the Department Provide information and advice of the products and contact with suppliers when is required.
